<p>生姜風味の三色ナムルのレシピをご紹介します。</p>



<p>ナムルは韓国の料理で、基本的には、茹でた野菜にごま油、塩、にんにくなどで風味をつけます。これはこれでもちろんおいしい！</p>



<p>でも今回ご紹介するレシピは、生姜の風味をつけたナムルです。</p>



<p>にんにくの匂いが気にならないのはもちろん、生姜のさわやかですっきりとした味わいと辛さが楽しめます。</p>



<p>使うお野菜は「もやし」「人参」「きゅうり」。色合いもきれいです。</p>



<p>これだけで野菜100ｇ以上が取れますから、野菜不足が気になる方にもおすすめの一品です。</p>

<p> １．胡瓜は縦半分に切り、斜めに薄切りにする。</p>



<p>人参はせん切りにする。大豆もやしは洗う。 </p>

<p> ２．胡瓜に塩少々（分量外）振ってもむ。しんなりしてきたら、出て来た水分を絞る。 </p>

<p> ３．お湯を沸かして大豆もやしを１分程茹で、ザルに開けて水気を切って冷ます 。</p>

<p> ４．お湯を沸かして人参を30秒～1分茹で、ザルに開けて水気を切って冷ます。 </p>

<p>もやしと相性の良い食材の組み合わせはいくつかありますが、ニラも鉄板ですよね。</p>



<p>もやしとニラというと、僕の好みは「炒め物」ですが、今回は中華風の和え物です。</p>



<p>しかも、茹でたもやしとニラを、しょうゆとごま油で和えるだけという手軽さ。</p>

<p>もやしたっぷりパッタイ風炒めのレシピをご紹介します。</p>



<p>パッタイという料理はタイの焼きそばです。パッタイは焼きそばなので、ビーフンなどの米粉の麺を使います。</p>



<p>今回は普通にごはんがすすむおいしいおかずとして、そしてダイエットとして糖質を控えている人でも食べられるように（？）、麺を使わない炒め物にアレンジしました。</p>



<p>ナンプラーを使うのでほんのりと甘みのあるエスニックな味わいに。これごはんと合います（笑）</p>

<p> １．玉ねぎは薄切りにする。にらは4㎝に切る。鶏肉は一口大に切る。</p>



<p>木綿豆腐はキッチンペーパーで包んで電子レンジ600Wで２～３分程加熱して水切りし、一口大に切る。</p>



<p>えびは殻を剥いて背ワタを除き、酒をふっておく。</p>



<p>卵はボウルに割り、電子レンジ500Wで20秒ごとに取り出して混ぜてを２～３回行い、炒り卵にする。 </p>

<p> ２．フライパンに油をひいて、鶏肉、えび、豆腐を炒めて火が通ったら一度取り分けておきく。</p>



<p>強火でもやし、玉ねぎ、にらを炒めたら、１の卵を入れて、鶏肉、えび、豆腐を戻して全体を炒める。 </p>

<p>もやしは担々スープによく合いますよね。担々鍋の具材でも、もやしは欠かせません！</p>



<p>もやしとしいたけの相性いいです。しいたけは今回2種類の切り方で食感の違いを出しています。 </p>

<p>もやしと人参とかいわれ大根のごま酢和えのレシピをご紹介します。</p>



<p>もやしは色んな調理法で食べられますが、今回は茹でて調味料と和える方法でおいしくいただきます！</p>



<p>すりごまの風味とお酢の酸味を活かした調味料は、もやしにもぴったり。</p>



<p>人参とかいわれを合わせることで、色どりもよく副菜の一品としておすすめです。</p>



<p>また、お料理にボリュームを出してくれるに低カロリーなのも、ちょっとうれしいですよね。<br>今回のこのお料理は1人分で42kcalです。</p>

<ol><li>人参はせん切りにします。貝割れ大根は根もとを切り落としておきます。</li><li>もやしと人参をさっと茹でてたら、 ザルにあげて冷ましておきます。水をかけたり、冷水にとったりすると水っぽくなるのでおすすめしません。</li><li>ボールなどに、すりごま、しょうゆ、酢、砂糖、塩を混ぜ合わせて調味料をつくる。</li><li>調味料の入ったボールに、もやし、人参、貝割れ大根を入れて和えれば完成です。</li></ol>

<p>もやしと油揚げのピリ辛味噌汁のレシピをご紹介します。</p>



<p>もやしを使ったお味噌汁っておいしいですよね！僕はお味噌汁の中でも結構好きなほうかも。</p>



<p>もやしは他の具材とも合わせやすい食材ですが、今回は油揚げと合わせます。<br>さらに、ラー油をちょっとだけ垂らしてピリ辛風にしました。<br>これが超合いますので、ぜひ試してみて下さい！</p>



<p>お味噌汁にすると、たっぷりお野菜がとれるのがいいですね。<br>節約食材の代表でもある「もやし」をメインに他のお野菜をプラスすれば、お財布にもやさいいですし。</p>



<p>ただ、野菜類だけだと物足りなく感じてしまうこともあるため、動物性のものや大豆製品などを組み合わせると、旨味も加わってさらに満足度もアップしますよ。</p>

<p>材料がきゅうりともやしとくれば、「中華風」の味付けの和え物がしっくりきませんか？</p>



<p>彩りとアクセントに人参ときくらげも加えるときれいですね！食欲をそそります。<br>きゅうりともやしのシャキシャキとした食感だけじゃなく、人参ときくらげの食感も加わって満足度の高い一品です。 </p>



<p>市販のドレッシングで代用しても大丈夫ですが、シンプルにそれぞれの調味料を合わせた方がおいしいです！</p>
